1. WHO WE ARE

Marketing con Abraham, operated by Abraham González Contreras, provides digital marketing services: advertising, funnels and landing pages, automations, CRM, and follow-up systems for businesses.

2. USE OF THE WEBSITE

You agree to provide accurate information and not to use the website for illegal purposes, spam, or to interfere with its operation.

3. SERVICES AND RESULTS

Specific services, prices, and deliverables are agreed in writing with each client. We do not guarantee specific results (number of leads, sales, or revenue). Results depend on many factors, such as your market, your ad budget, your offer, and how you serve your customers. The case studies and testimonials on this website reflect real client experiences, but they do not guarantee that you will obtain the same results.

4. PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION

Services are billed as agreed with each client (for example, a monthly fee). There are no long-term contracts: you may cancel at any time by notifying us in writing, and you will not be charged for the next billing period. Periods already paid are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. Ad spend (paid directly to Meta, Google, or other platforms) and third-party tools are not refundable by us.

5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

You are responsible for the information, images, and permissions you provide to us; for complying with the laws that apply to your business; for your ad budget; and for following up with the leads we generate.

6. TEXT MESSAGES (SMS)

By providing your phone number and agreeing, you authorize Marketing con Abraham to send you text messages about your request, your appointments, and our services. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The content of this website (text, designs, logos) belongs to us. Work we create for a client is governed by our agreement with that client.

8. THIRD-PARTY TOOLS

We use platforms such as GoHighLevel, Meta, and Google. We are not responsible for their outages, policy changes, account suspensions, or ad rejections.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States.
